Today , I acknowledge that I was wrong about my view on a cordial discussion that I had with my family members last night.
Today , I woke up feeling groggy and I just didn’t felt like my usual self. I did nothing about it until early in the afternoon when I felt ill and my productivity dwindled and that was the moment I decide that I should take a long nap.
Today , I hearkened to my mother’s advice when she told me to get more rest as I am about to start a new semester in university . I am usually quite haughty on that particular issue because I am a workaholic but I took her advice today .
Today , I took some time to just make a repertoire of my long term goals in life. By giving an estimated yardstick for each goal , this subtly motivates me to move a step closer towards my goals in life.
Today , I found time to dangle myself self-care by doing some light exercises ( stretching ) as today was the 1st time I did some exercise in months .
So, I couldn’t figure out anything else to do today so I just take a moment to appreciate the beauty of nature by enjoying the breezy wind and the sounds of birds chirping .
