Some days ago I started planning a 21 days gratitude practice with a friend. Today, I started the practice and shared with some friends. We are doing this in group, through whatsapp, and every day we connect by meditation and challenge ourselves to solve inner questions. We hope to contribute for the group happiness and healing. Try it, it´s easy! You just have to say thank you for everything we have in your life, feel the joy of it and let go of everything that causes you pain.
