Starting small

For as long as I have known him, my husband has been my carer and carer for 2 of my 3 children and he also helps me to care for my 80 year old dad. In addition to this, he cleans 2 houses a week. I tried to go and do one of the jobs alone today, to give him a rest. But he insisted on doing some of it. He has also been unwell and continues to put others first. Today, I assisted my husband with one of the houses today and to see him being able to relax a little bit made my day!
