As people think through their goals for the New Year, pop one additional goal in there, give daily with with small acts of giving. This is way easier than going to the gym every day, or losing that extra weight we always think we need to get rid of, or planning that renovation that just seems overwhelming. Go ahead add those goals, but by the end of the year you will see which goal you achieved, and that one will be completing one small give daily to make you and others happier every day. What is amazing when you feel happy every day, those other goals just seem to get done. Truly they do. When you feel happy every day you go to the gym, you do lose those extra few pounds, you eat better, you sleep better and life is just that much easier. Happiness is an emotional and mental state of being content. Happiness comes when you feel satisfied and fulfilled, that life is just as it should be. Imagine how things could change for you if you had a small bit of happiness, or a bit more happiness every day. Things around you would change on all levels, physically, emotionally and mentally. The hurdles we think we face every day shrink into tiny ant hills and feel less stressful than they did before. Life just seems manageable.

Add a caption like ‘So glad we did this together’ or “thanks for doing this with me’, or simply ‘I love this memory from 2019’. It is like sending a photo gratitude note to people you hang with. It just might prompt an opportunity to make more memories together in 2020.
